GO BANANAS! COMPETITION

Whether you’re together in-person or remotely, this is a low-barrier, fun and easy way to get your students collaborating with each other and exploring code and play at the start of the school year! 

CONTEST DETAILS

- Runs: Sept. 7–30, 2021

- Goal: Work as a school to stomp on the most yellow-lit Splats OR use the most coding blocks during the competition

- Rules: Only yellow-lit Splats count towards a school’s stomp total. For coding blocks, preexisting games don’t count—build your own code or try recreating code from scratch!

- Prizes: The top five schools in each category (stomps and bocks) win Best of the Bunch. The highest-scoring school in each category wins Top Banana!
     (10) Best of the Bunch earn special prizes from Crash      the Gorilla
     (2) Top Banana also earns a limited edition Yellow      Splat!
