RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Unruly Studios! We hope you love your Splats but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@unruly-studios.com and we will get back to you with a solution.

Warranty

Unruly Splats come with a limited manufacturer's warranty, which shall be no less than thirty (30) days, if a faulty product is returned to us, Unruly Studios will repair, replace or refund the faulty product in a timely manner.

Our Classroom Subscription Plans come with a 12-month warranty on anything broken for all products, send them back to us at any time for a replacement! Visit our pricing details page for more information.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
