These are the official rules that explain how the Unruly Splats Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will operate. Please review these rules carefully. In these rules, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Unruly Studios, the sponsor of the Sweepstakes. “You,” “yourself,” “I”, “me,” and “my” refers to an eligible Sweepstakes entrant. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules.
NO PAYMENT OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PAYMENT OR PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sweepstakes Description
Between April 12, 2021 and April 23, 2021 Unruly Studios will be promoting a Unruly Studios membership giveaway on its social media platforms via status updates, posts, and tweets. To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must follow Unruly Studios on twitter and fill out our “Sign up to Win” form. For an additional entry, reply to the Unruly Studios’ official social media contest post on your own social media account and tag one other educator on Twitter. Once you have done so, you will then be automatically entered to win a 1-Year Unruly Membership. Entry eligibility will be determined using the criteria in Section 4. Each eligible entry will be included in a random drawing and the single selected entry will win a 1 Year School Plan (see paragraph 6 below for details).
2. Start and End Dates
This Sweepstake runs for two weeks, starting at 12 PM ET on April 12, 2021 and ending at 12 PM ET on April 23, 2021 (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible. Any received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
3. Eligible Entrants
You are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes if you meet the following requirements:
● You are a resident of the United States or Canada;
● You are currently serving as an educator or administrator at an elementary or middle school in the United States or Canada.
● You are not an employee of Unruly Studios or an immediate family or household member of an Unruly Studios employee; and you are not involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Sweepstakes.
4. Eligible Entries
Eligible entries are made in the following way:
To be eligible for an additional entry, your re-posts must remain up until the Entry Period is over. All posts and entries through our “Sign up to Win” form as of the end of the Entry Period will be automatically entered to win the grand prize. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person through our “Sign up to Win” form one (1) reply bonus entry for each of your social media platform accounts. (entrants may post through multiple platforms for more chances to win.) You must have a social media account on the platform on which the promotional posting is posted, your account or post must be set to “public”, and you must follow the Unruly Studios social media account to be eligible. You can return your account or post to “private” and unfollow that social media platform account any time after the winner has been announced.
Entrants must take the actions required and must include the information requested by Unruly Studios in order for entries to be eligible. Late and/or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process are void.
We are not responsible for entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for entries that we receive but are unable to view.
5. Use of Entries
Other than what is set forth below, we are not claiming any ownership rights to your entry. However, by submitting your entry, you:
● Are granting us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to: (i) use and repost your entry and all its content in connection with this Sweepstakes; and (ii) feature your entry and all its content in connection with the promotion of this Sweepstakes in all media (now known or later developed);
If you are the prize winner, allow us to publicize your name and school in one or more press releases;
● Agree to sign any necessary documentation that may be required for us and our designees to make use of the rights you granted above; and
● Understand that you will not receive any compensation or credit for use of your entry, other than what is described in these Official Rules.
If you do not want to grant us these rights to your entry, please do not enter this Sweepstakes
6. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winner):
One (1) 1-Year School Membership. Package Unruly Splats (number determined by the size of your class), Lesson Plans, Training, and Support for one year (the “Grand Prize”). After one year, if the winner decides not to renew the plan, they will have to send the Splats back to Unruly Studios.
If you are selected as a potential winner of this Sweepstakes:
1. You may not exchange your prize for cash or any other merchandise or services;
2. You may not designate someone else as the winner;
The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Notifying Winners
Unruly Studios will randomly select the Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or around April 23, 2021.
If you are selected as a winner, we will notify you by posting a message on your repost and/or sending you a direct message on that platform to provide further instructions on how and when you may collect your prize. If provided, we will also send a message to the email address, phone number, or mailing address associated with your entry within seven days following the selection. In addition, we will post a screenshot of your entry on our own social media platforms to notify all participants that a winner has been selected and to share your response with the Unruly community. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days from the announcement, we may award the prize to an alternate selected winner.

The Unexpected
If someone cheats, or a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the fairness and / or integrity of this Sweepstakes, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Sweepstakes. This right is reserved whether the event is due to a human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Sweepstakes, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Sweepstakes.
